Terms of use
These MVP terms describe the intended conditions for using InvoiceQuo. Operator identity and jurisdiction-specific terms remain to be completed before commercial launch.

Using the service
InvoiceQuo provides tools for managing company/customer information, creating invoices and quotations, generating editable AI drafts and downloading PDFs. Use the service lawfully and only for business information you are entitled to process. InvoiceQuo is not a bank, payment processor, accounting adviser or tax adviser.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share another person's credentials or attempt to access another account. If you suspect unauthorized access, stop using affected credentials and contact the operator once the support channel is available.
Your information and documents
You retain responsibility for the information you enter and the documents you generate. You authorize processing necessary to provide the requested tools, including storage, PDF generation and AI processing when selected. Verify customers, descriptions, prices, currency, tax treatment, dates and any local document requirements before using or sharing a document.
AI-generated drafts
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. AI Quick Create prepares a draft; it does not automatically save or send an invoice or quotation. Review and edit all generated fields before saving. Do not rely on the draft as accounting, legal or tax advice.
Free and Pro plans
Free is $0/month and includes 5 invoices, 5 quotations and 5 successful AI generations per UTC calendar month. Pro is advertised at $9/month or $90/year, with unlimited invoices/quotations and 100 successful AI generations per month. Online upgrades and payment processing are not yet available. Selecting Get Pro does not purchase a subscription or change your plan. Any future paid purchase must present applicable billing and cancellation terms before payment.
Usage allowances and branding
Creating a document consumes its applicable monthly slot. Converting an accepted quotation consumes an invoice slot. Deletion does not restore that allowance. Failed AI generations do not consume the monthly successful-generation allowance, but short-term request limits may still apply. Branding is saved per document: new Free documents include InvoiceQuo branding, while new Pro documents do not. Later plan changes do not alter historical branding.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, create fraudulent documents, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits, or probe other users' records. Do not upload confidential material as a company logo: logo URLs are publicly accessible. You must have permission to use the data and images you provide.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures or provider outages. Features and limits may evolve. No uninterrupted availability or service-level commitment is offered by this MVP notice. Keep your own copies of important PDFs and business records.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. The operator may restrict access to address abuse, security concerns or legal obligations, subject to applicable law. Account closure and data requests require the operator's contact channel, which is not yet published below. Ending use does not itself guarantee removal of backups, usage records or historical snapshots.
Responsibility and limitations
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Review outputs and maintain your own records; InvoiceQuo does not guarantee that a document satisfies every business or jurisdictional requirement. Nothing in these MVP terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any final liability limits, governing law and dispute terms must be reviewed for the operator's jurisdiction before commercial launch.
