Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you access and use InvoiceQuo.

Using the Service
InvoiceQuo provides tools to manage company and customer information, create invoices and quotations, generate AI-assisted drafts, generate and edit AI-assisted contract drafts (a Pro feature), generate and edit AI-assisted business proposal drafts including uploaded images and structured pricing (a Pro feature), apply document templates, add signatures, send and track documents, schedule reminders, create recurring invoices, review receivables, add external payment links or payment instructions, and generate PDF and QR-verifiable documents. Use the Service lawfully and only for business information you are entitled to process. InvoiceQuo is not a bank, payment processor, accounting adviser or tax adviser, and the Service — including the AI Contract Generator and the AI Business Proposal Generator — does not provide legal, accounting, tax or financial advice.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Do not share your credentials or attempt to access another user’s account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, stop using the affected credentials and contact us at support@invoicequo.com.
Your information and documents
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and the documents you generate, including any information you provide about your own customers. You authorize InvoiceQuo to process this information to provide the requested tools, including storage, PDF generation, document delivery, reminders, recurring document generation and AI processing when selected. Verify customers, descriptions, prices, currency, tax treatment, dates, payment information and any local document requirements before using or sharing a document.
AI-assisted features
AI Quick Create helps prepare a draft invoice or quotation from the text you provide. The AI Contract Generator (a Pro feature) helps prepare a draft contract from the contract type, customer and other structured details you supply, including when generated from an existing quotation. The AI Business Proposal Generator (a Pro feature) helps prepare draft proposal content — such as an executive summary, proposed solution or scope of work — from the structured details you supply; any pricing shown in a proposal is entered by you or copied from your existing InvoiceQuo data, never generated by AI, and any images in a proposal are uploaded by you, never generated or interpreted by AI. In every case, AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and does not automatically save, finalize or send anything. You must review and edit every generated field or section before saving, and you remain solely responsible for the final content of any document, contract or proposal, including its accuracy and suitability for your jurisdiction. AI-generated contract and proposal drafts are not legally guaranteed, are not reviewed by an attorney, are not confirmed to be enforceable or accurate in any jurisdiction, and do not constitute legal, accounting, tax or financial advice; you should seek professional advice when appropriate before relying on or sending a generated contract or proposal. None of InvoiceQuo's AI features make business decisions on your behalf.
Document templates, signatures and QR verification
InvoiceQuo lets you choose from professional document templates and, where available, upload a scanned image of your signature for inclusion in a document. You are responsible for having the authority to use any signature you upload; an uploaded signature image is not a qualified electronic signature or digital certificate. InvoiceQuo may allow you to generate QR-verifiable document versions and store an immutable copy of the finalized PDF, together with a document fingerprint and verification record, so a recipient can verify it against the stored original through a public verification page. This does not constitute legal notarization, government certification, or a guarantee that the underlying document is enforceable.
Free and Pro plans
The Free plan is $0/month and includes 5 invoices, 5 quotations and 5 successful AI Quick Create generations per calendar month (UTC). The Pro plan is $4.99/month or $45/year, with unlimited invoices and quotations and up to 100 successful AI Quick Create generations per month. Pro also includes eligible paid-plan features such as automatic invoice reminders, recurring invoices, optional recurring auto-send, receivables and aging reports, and payment links or payment instructions. Features and usage limits are applied according to the plan associated with your account.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Pro subscriptions are purchased through our third-party commerce and payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to the price and billing cycle displayed at checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year unless cancelled before the next renewal. Applicable taxes and payment details are calculated and displayed during checkout where required. InvoiceQuo does not directly receive or store your full payment-card details. If you cancel a paid subscription, your Pro access will normally remain available until the end of the current paid billing period, after which your account will return to the Free plan unless the subscription is resumed or renewed. A temporary payment failure may not immediately terminate access, but continued failure, expiration or termination of the subscription may result in your account returning to the Free plan.
External payment links and payment instructions
InvoiceQuo may allow Pro users to include an external payment URL or payment instructions on invoices. These features only display information or links that you configure. InvoiceQuo does not process, settle, hold or verify payments made through those external providers and does not automatically guarantee that an invoice has been paid. You remain responsible for choosing a payment provider, maintaining accurate payment instructions, verifying incoming funds and marking documents as paid when appropriate.
Usage allowances and branding
Creating a document consumes its applicable monthly slot on your plan. Converting an accepted quotation into an invoice consumes an invoice slot. Deleting a document does not restore a consumed allowance. A failed AI generation does not consume your monthly successful-generation allowance, though short-term request limits may still apply. Branding is fixed per document at creation: new Free-plan documents include InvoiceQuo branding, while new Pro-plan documents do not; later plan changes do not alter the branding of documents already created.
Recurring invoices and automated reminders
If you enable recurring invoices, automatic sending or automatic reminders, you authorize InvoiceQuo to perform the configured actions according to your saved settings and schedule. You are responsible for keeping recipient addresses, invoice details, prices, taxes, dates and schedules accurate. Automated delivery may be delayed or fail because of email-provider issues, service interruptions, invalid recipient addresses or other technical conditions. You should review generated documents and monitor important receivables independently.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate another person or business, create fraudulent or misleading documents, upload a signature you are not authorized to use, interfere with the operation of the Service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage limits, or access another user's records. Do not upload confidential material as a company logo if that logo may be made publicly accessible. You must have the right to use all data, images, signatures, payment instructions and links you provide.
Intellectual property
InvoiceQuo, its name, logo, and the Service's software, design and content are owned by PT Tekno Jaya Indonesia or its licensors. You retain ownership of the business, customer and document content you enter into the Service, and you grant us a limited right to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Service availability and changes
The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or provider outages, and its features, integrations, prices and limits may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or offer a specific service-level commitment unless separately agreed in writing. Keep your own copies of important PDFs and business records.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security concerns, payment issues or legal obligations, subject to applicable law. To request account closure or make a data request, contact us at support@invoicequo.com. Ending your use of the Service does not itself guarantee removal of backups, usage records, billing records or historical document snapshots where retention is necessary for security, legal, accounting or operational purposes.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing generated documents, verifying payment information and maintaining your own records; InvoiceQuo does not guarantee that a document satisfies every business, tax or jurisdictional requirement or that an external payment has been completed. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InvoiceQuo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, pricing, billing arrangements or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page; continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
